Aerial view of South Stoke Angling Club's fishing stretch just to the western edge of the village of South Stoke in Oxfordshire

Our fishing stretch (shown in yellow above) is on the East Bank of the River Thames in the village of South Stoke.

Access - see below - (on foot) is from the centre of the village almost opposite to 'Chapel Close'. The access route is also shown in yellow above.

Visitors are welcome - but day tickets must be obtained in advance.

There is a kissing gate access just to the left of the five bar gate on The Street, South Stoke

Entrance to our fishing stretch from 'The Street' in South Stoke.

Access is by the 'kissing gate' to the left (as you enter) of the main gate.

There is NO VEHICULAR ACCESS beyond this point. It is approximately 1/4 mile to the river bank from this point - over semi-rough ground.

Please DO NOT PARK in front of the entrance gate - if parking in the village please take care not to obstruct access to homes and businesses in South Stoke - nor to make it difficult for delivery vehicles to pass in what are fairly narrow streets.
